Hello! I'm Dorothy! I am a WPIC (The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Inc.) certified wedding planner, specializing in Day-Of Wedding Coordination!
WHAT I OFFER
I do all the behind-the-scene gut work for your wedding day so it goes as smoothly as possible and you can sit back and enjoy your special day that you spent so much money to plan! I specifically specialize in Day-of Wedding Coordination - this is a less expensive option compared to full wedding planning and perfect if you have everything planned already and are on a budget and just need it to all come together! I also provide consulting services if you just need some tips with planning your own wedding! I provide services year-round for your unique wedding needs!
I offer a full access to my Wedding Emergency Kit worth over $3,000.
MY IDEAL CLIENT
One who loves planning most things themselves and is expecting to plan most of their wedding on their own, but does not know where to start/needs some extra help, and needs the actual day to be executed as smoothly as possible! Who will manage your timeline, coordinate all your vendors on the day-of, cue the MC and DJ throughout the night, set out all of your wedding décor and stationary, light all the candles during the cocktail hour or have a large emergency kit the day of your wedding in case anything goes wrong?! (run out of alcohol and need a quick LCBO run, last minute need someone to fold 120 beautiful rose napkins (pictured above), or to fix a wine stain on the bride's dress - yikes!)

I work within a 200 km radius of London, Ontario
Including but not limited to: Strathroy, Stratford, St. Mary's, Woodstock, Grand Bend, Port Stanley, Brussels, Petrolia, Chatham, Kitchener, Waterloo, GTA, Hamilton, etc!

I require at least 6 weeks in advance for Day-Of Wedding Coordination
